For your journey, any sedan from the following list will be assigned to you:

PASSENGER CAPACITY
Sedans:
Maximum capacity of 4 passengers.
SUVs:
Maximum capacity of 7 passengers.
TRIP COVERAGE
One-Way Trip:
Minimum coverage of 130 km. (If running km less than 130 km, charges will be calculated for 130 km)
Round Trip:
Minimum coverage of 250 km. (If running km less than 250 km, charges will be calculated for 250 km)
WAITING CHARGES
Waiting Charges:
₹150 per hour will be applied during your trip if you keep the driver waiting.
Breaks:
There are no waiting charges for food breaks, tea breaks, or restroom stops.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Charges:
A fee of ₹300 will be charged if you cancel after the driver has arrived.
LUGGAGE CHARGES
Luggage Handling:
An additional charge of ₹300 will be incurred if luggage needs to be loaded in the carrier, and this must be mentioned in your quote request.
DOCUMENTATION
Kilometer Tracking:
It is essential to note down the starting and ending kilometers for accurate billing.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Permit and Driver Fees:
Permit charges and driver bata (daily wage) are as quoted in the initial agreement.
Hills Charges:
An additional charge of ₹400 will be incurred if You are travelling to hills station, and this must be mentioned in your quote request.
Toll Charges:
All toll charges will be paid through Fastag by the driver and It will be calculated in EOT.
Payment:
Payments can be made online or in cash.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
EOT Calculation:
The End of Trip (EOT) will be calculated based on running kilometers, Driver Bata, tolls via FASTag, and any other additional costs incurred during the trip.
Extra Fees:
Toll fees, interstate permits, hill charges, pet charges, and waiting charges (if applicable) are additional to the quoted fare.
DEFINITION OF A DAY
One Day Definition:
One day is defined as a calendar day, starting from midnight 12:00 AM to the next midnight 12:00 AM.
